Consegui completar o meu cadastro... mas tive que desinstalar o Logmein para ele pegar o adaptador de video correto... :P

Consegui.
Acho que tem que rolar a EULA até o final. Eu tb coloquei o país como USA e estado California.
Aliás tem o mesmo bug do cadastro de 1 ano atrás. Você pode colocar qualquer país que ele ignora.
